Bill Phillips, P.E., retired May 2006
Bill founded Summit Engineering in the mid-seventies, and worked tirelessly to ensure its excellent reputation as a firm that truly cares about our clients and their successful projects. Most known for his winery knowledge, Bill has consulted on hundreds of winery projects throughout North America.
Bill is still active in the local community and with the Consulting Engineers and Land Surveyors Association of California (CELSOC), the Water Environment Federation, the American Water Works Association and The American Society of Civil Engineers.
Chet Adamick, P.E., retired October 2006
Chet's expertise and relationships in the building industries have been invaluable to Summit. His mentorship to the structural engineers has helped that division expand their markets and reputation beyond the wine industry into municipal, industrial and commercial projects.
