This year we celebrated Engineers Week with a water treatment experiment. ⁠5 teams were tasked with cleaning water samples with various methods; judging was based on pH, turbidity, volume of treated water, and even taste! (No wastewater engineers were harmed in the judging of this event. 😉)⁠

We’re proud to celebrate our ACEC North Coast Chapter Engineering Excellence Award for Unique Design Materials for the use of rammed earth technique on the Rodeo Hills Winery. Congratulations to the entire project team, and huge thank you to the North Coast chapter for this award.

Yet another amazing Summit Oktoberfest celebration in the books! This year we had an exciting rematch to last year’s stein hold and stein race, and decorated beer cozies while noshing on some great German bites from Franchetti’s. Prost!

We could not be more proud of our team for earning our 18th “Best Places to Work” award from the North Bay Business Journal! Kudos to our talented group of Summiteers, and thank you all for continuing to make Summit Engineering such a great place to come to work.
