AIA Redwood Empire Chapter asked our very own Demae Rubins and architect Daniel Piechota to lead a tour of their members through Silver Oak Winery. The tour focused on the highly sustainable practices of the winery and its applications to LEED Platinum and the Living Building Challenge. The group was able to tour the tasting room and processing facility, all while sipping on a splash of Silver Oak’s famous Cab along the way. Not a bad day at the office!
