Now let’s talk numbers: ⁠
44% of our staff are women⁠
57% of our Management Team are women⁠
40% of our Project Managers are women⁠
Not bad, considering women make up about 16.7% of the engineering workforce in the US according to SWE in 2023. ⁠

However, despite our current numbers, we continually look for ways to diversify and encourage our incredibly talented staff, beyond just the month of March. ⁠

So here’s to the Summit ladies: to your accomplishments, future successes, and all that lies between! We are so thankful to have each and every one of you on our team.
