As it turns out, great things do come in small packages. After 21st Amendment Brewery purchased a facility in San Leandro to turn into their new brewing headquarters, we were asked to convert the tight space into a high-functioning brewery and canning facility. The key challenge in this design was determining the facility layout, or how all of the equipment would fit into the building. Every inch was accounted for, and the brew tanks even had to be lifted in through the roof.
