Sitting neatly atop a hill, Summit completed the grading and sitework down each hillside via broad switchback steps in the front, and an inviting infinity edge pool and patio in the back. Meticulous viewshed and scenic setbacks were required for this new residence to ensure this impressive and unassuming structure melted seamlessly into its natural surroundings.
